Order Processing
All orders are processed within 24 hours.
Once your order is printed, framed (if selected), and packaged, you will receive a tracking link via email.
Please note: Orders placed during high-volume periods (Black Friday, Holidays, etc.) may require slightly more time to process.
Shipping Times
We ship worldwide. Estimated delivery windows:
• United States: 3–6 business days
• Canada: 3–6 business days
• United Kingdom: 3–6 business days
• Europe: 5–8 business days
• Australia & New Zealand: 5–8 business days
• Rest of World: 6–12 business days
Timeframes may vary slightly based on destination and local carrier delays.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your region and the products in your cart. Free-shipping promotions (when applicable) will be clearly displayed on the site.
Order Tracking
As soon as your order ships, you will receive a tracking email. Tracking may take 24–48 hours to update depending on the carrier. If your tracking shows no updates after 3 business days, feel free to contact us.
Incorrect Address Policy
Ethetic is not responsible for orders shipped to an address entered incorrectly at checkout. If you made a mistake, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order so we can attempt to correct it before production begins.
Damaged or Lost Orders
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, we will replace it free of charge.
Please email us with:
• Your order number
• Photos of the damage (if applicable)
• A brief description of the issue
We will resolve it as quickly as possible.
Returns & Exchanges
All orders placed during the holiday season are eligible for returns until January 15.
Standard return policy: Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery for unused, unopened items.
(Custom prints are not eligible for return unless damaged.)
